CHECK REIMBURSEMENT
To help us stay on budget and allocate funds properly in the future, please be as specific as possible and itemize all amounts with your check reimbursement request. Requests should be made within one month of expenditure or 10 days post-event, whichever is sooner. Please contact the Alden PTA Treasurer at treasurer@aldenpta.org with questions. CLASSROOM STIPEND FOR STAFF - Closed for 2022 - 2023
Alden PTA is pleased to announce full-time staff who work directly with students at Alden Elementary School are eligible to receive a $100 stipend for purchases made to enhance the students' learning experience during the 2022-2023 school year. Items purchased in the past include art supplies, classroom decorations, storage, activities, games, books and videos. 
 
 
GRADE LEVEL GRANT REQUEST - Closed for 2022 - 2023
Alden PTA provides grade level grants (greater than $350) to support Alden PTA’s mission to enhance the academic experience and social-emotional learning of Alden School students. 

 

 
 
MINI GRANT REQUEST - Closed 2022 - 2023
Alden PTA provides mini grant funding ($350 or less) for innovative and creative learning purposes. In addition, grants must coincide with Alden PTA’s mission to enhance the academic, social and emotional experience of students; develop activities that foster a sense of community and encourage engagement among students, parents, staff and administrators. Teachers may apply for one mini grant per year.
